How to Get Reliance Jio Preview Offer on your Android Device

Step 1: Generate Barcode:

This is the important step if you want to get the sim card. If you are having the barcode then only you can get the jio sim card for your mobile phone. To get the barcode you need to follow this steps given below.

Official Method:

• Firstly you need to download and install My Jio application in your device from Play Store.
• Then just open the application and you will see lists of application just hit on Install all.

• Then one by one it will suggest you to download the application from play store.
• If your device is getting slow while installing or facing issues then you can try installing the applications from zip files given below.

Download Jio Application From Drive

• Now, after installing all the application open My Jio application.

• Then click on My Jio and click on Open
• There you will see am option of Get Jio Sim card.

• Then click on Agree and Continue.

• It will ask for your location if you want to set the location via GPS then you can try that or else. You can simply enter it manually.

• Enter your State and City and then you are done. If it is available it will prompt you a window.
• You will see a steps page just click on Next

• Click on Next and then you will find the code. Just snap a screenshot. Then you are done.

• You have successfully got the code and now scroll down for next step.

Unofficial Method:

• Download the Old Version of My Jio application in your device from here – Download
• Open the application in your device. Then Download all the application given in the list from play store.
• If your device is getting slow while installing or facing issues then you can try installing the applications from zip files given below.

Download Jio Application From Drive

• Now, simply open the My Jio application

• Now, make sure you have switched off your internet connection and Wi-Fi. (Very Important)
• Now click on Get Jio Sim and Now the application won’t get loaded.
• You will see a blank screen just now switch on your internet or wifi and click on back button.
• Now, simply again click on Get Jio Sim Card.

• Now, wait for sometime and click on Agree and Continue

• It will ask for your location if you want to set the location via GPS then you can try that or else. You can simply enter it manually.

• Enter your State and City and then you are done. If it is available it will prompt you a window.

• You will see a steps page just click on Next

• Click on Next and then you will find the code. Just snap a screenshot. Then you are done.

• You have successfully got the code and now scroll down for next step.

Step 2: Documents to Get Your Sim card.

If you want to get this sim card for your device then you need your identity proof all the proof which shows that you are an Indian citizen. Which can be anything listen given below and you have proper Xerox copy of the document given below.

• Pan card and Aadhaar card
• Pan card and Voter ID
• Aadhaar card and Voter ID
• 2 passport size color photographs and that’s it.

You have to locate the nearest store of Reliance Digital Store or Xpress Mini Store. In which you will see a lists.

Unofficial Method: You need to note down all the store address and copy it somewhere just because you are really going to need it. If any store says that you won’t get the sim card then you can try another store 😛

Step 3: Grabbing Reliance Jio Sim Card from The Store

Official Method:

You need to go to the store which is listed above which is near your home. Make sure all your identity proof is real or else your sim card will be blocked. I hope you don’t need this things to be happened with you.

• Visit your nearest Reliance or Xpress store.
• Show them the barcode and they will ask you for the proof.
• They might check your device and IMEI number make sure you have all the things in your hand.
• Give them the proof and then you are done.
• Now, you can get the sim card. Now, you can proceed to next step.

Unofficial Method:

This is the cheating which you are going to do. I have not visited my nearest store. Just because I don’t want to cheat them. If you are having any device mentioned above list then you can try this trick. This trick is for educational purpose only.

• Visit your nearest store and make sure you have a note in which you have the address of nearest store.
• Now, go to the store and show them the barcode and give them document if they give you the sim then you are lucky
• They may ask for the samsung phone just say them that because of heavy rain I forgot my phone.
• Give them any good reason to trust you and don’t go in group just try to go individually. Be good at manipulating the workers.
• If they ask you to show your phone imei then say them I am coming in 20 minutes. Take a turn to the next store.
• Give them the same excuse there will be someone who will accept your barcode and give you the sim card.

You can Play Pokemon Go while locating the nearest store. :p I think you will get a good amount of pokemons. Now, it’s time to move to the next step if you have got the sim card. Move to step 4.

Step 4: Activating Your Reliance Jio Sim Card

• Now, you need to open My Jio application and install all the applications. If you have done that step so skip this step.
• Now, you will get a televerifcation message on your sim card and which you have provided while the getting the sim in step 3
• It will take something about 48 hours now what you need to do is to wait.
• Now, insert your sim card in your device and make sure it is inserted in sim slot one. If you have dual sim mobile phone.
• Now, check you will see signal bars in your device. You will see Jio sim network.
• When you will see network simply switch on the internet.
• Now, open the Jio Join application and now, accept all the permission given for the application.
• Now, the application will ask for verify the sim card and now you need to start testing the application. Make sure yout internet is still on.
• It will verify your sim card and activate your sim card. That’s done. You have unlimited everything.
• Sometimes the application may misbehave telling you like you are not eligible for this offer. Make sure you use the mobile phone activated sim card.
• Now, call to 1977 make sure your data is still on and then make the call with the help of Jio Join application.
  Now it will ask the last 4 digits of your ID card and simply enter the details and the internet settings will be delivered to your sim card.
• You will get many emails and sms so your sim card is finally activated and you are done. 😀
• Make sure your 4G data is turned on while making calls to anyone. If not then you need to call your friends with the help of jio join application.

Signing up With My Jio Application

• Open My Jio application You will see two option in which you will be asked to sign up and sign in.

• Just click on sign up and then you need to enter your details.

• Now, clear all the application data of My Jio applications which you have installed from play store. Make sure you delete all the applications data. [Important Step to Get Unlimited Data]

• Make sure your internet is off and open my jio application and click on sign up and you will get a pop-up like this given below. If yes, you are doing great.

• Click on sign in and turn on your internet and enter all the details correctly.

• Now, you will see a pop-up click of preview offer and just accept it and you will get unlimited everything for 90 days.

• Now, check your usage from My Jio application and everything from the My Jio application and you are done.

• Congratulations, you have successfully activated your sim card.
